# Billing Basics

> Billing cycles, invoices/receipts, and platform differences.

Billing is managed by the platform where you subscribed. This impacts receipts, refunds, and how you change or cancel your plan.

## Where you subscribed matters

* **iOS** subscriptions are managed by Apple
* **Android** subscriptions are managed by Google Play
* **Web** subscriptions are managed through Pixelcut account settings

## Common questions

* **Receipts / invoices**: available through your platform (Apple/Google) or your Pixelcut web billing settings
* **Switching devices**: sign in with the same account and restore purchases if needed
* **Pro not showing**: subscriptions can take a moment to sync; restore purchases on mobile or confirm the billing account on web
