# Refunds

> Refund routes depend on whether you subscribed via Apple, Google Play, or web.

## iOS (Apple)

Apple handles refunds for App Store subscriptions and purchases. Use Apple’s refund flow for Pixelcut charges billed through Apple.

## Android (Google Play)

Google handles refunds for Play Store subscriptions and purchases. Use Google Play’s refund flow for Pixelcut charges billed through Google.

## Web

For web-billed subscriptions, contact Pixelcut support with:

* The email on your Pixelcut account
* The billing receipt/invoice (if available)
* The reason for the refund request
