# App Crashing or Not Loading

> Fix common “can’t use the app” issues quickly.

## Quick checks

1. Confirm you’re on the latest Pixelcut version
2. Restart the app (or refresh the browser tab)
3. Check your network connection

## Web troubleshooting

* Try Chrome (or update your current browser)
* Disable extensions (ad blockers can interfere with uploads)
* Try an incognito/private window

## iOS / Android troubleshooting

* Restart your device
* Ensure you have enough free storage space
* Reinstall Pixelcut if the app won’t open

## If it still doesn’t work

Contact support with device/app details and a screenshot of any error.
