# Pro Not Showing

> Fix subscription entitlement issues without waiting on support.

## Quick checks

* Make sure you’re signed into the correct account (and organization)
* Confirm your subscription is active in the store or billing portal where you purchased it
* Wait a couple minutes after upgrading (entitlements can take a moment to sync)

## iOS / Android

* Use the platform’s **Restore purchases** flow (if available in Pixelcut)
* Sign out and sign back in

## Web

* Confirm you’re logged into the billing account that purchased Pro
* Check for an active subscription in Account/Billing

## Still stuck?

Contact support and include your account email + receipt/invoice if possible.
